Troubleshooting
- If a PDF cannot be imported, confirm that it has a .pdf extension, that the file is not damaged, and then select it again from the system Files picker.
- If image-to-PDF conversion fails, select fewer images at one time and confirm that the device has enough free storage.
- If editing, merging, or saving fails, close other memory-intensive apps, reopen PDF Editor, and try again.
- If you cannot find a file after sharing it, check the destination app or the location you selected in the system Files app.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are my PDFs or images uploaded to a server?
In the current version, PDF editing, document merging, and image-to-PDF conversion are performed on the device. The app does not include a network feature for uploading documents or images.
How do I delete PDFs stored in the app?
Enter selection mode in the PDF library, select the documents you no longer need, and delete them. Before deletion, use the system share feature to save any copies you want to keep.
Can documents be restored after the app is uninstalled?
Documents stored in the app sandbox are normally deleted when the app is uninstalled. Before uninstalling, share or save important PDFs to Files or another location.
